This was a terrible naming choice in my judgment as Microsoft's new programing model is called WinRT. Not only does it excrete it unclear, but the "RT" quantity has dead cypher message to consumers. It's a kinda specific selection that goes to take that, flatbottom in SKU change, Microsoft couldn't completely apply up its denotive shenanigans.
